I’m starting this process only speaking to home purchase consumers rather than refinance consumers. I’ve found it’s easier to get a better assessment of our current process when speaking to those who are purchasing since refinancing is a bit of a different process. Today was a great surprise as I’ve already spoken with five consumers who are more than happy with their whole experience. As always I’ve been facilitating an open and honest line of communication so hearing that they had no issues and actually enjoyed the process is always a good feeling.
